Shaon Ahsan
Shaon is the Sr. Manager for Revenue Growth Management at Kimberly-Clark, leading pricing strategy and execution for the Huggies Child Care portfolio in the US. She is also the co-lead for Social Impact for the company’s North America headquarters, designing business innovation, awareness-building campaigns, and advocacy programs to advance the wellbeing of 100 million people by 2030, and manages the Chicago office’s Community Impact program, building nonprofit partnerships focused on maternal & child health and economic empowerment in the Chicago metro area.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Shaon held category strategy and operations roles at Walgreens and Target. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA from Northwestern University. In her spare time, she advises startups focused on expanding access to sanitation and hygiene products in lower- and middle-income countries.
