She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Carbonated Soft Drinks at PepsiCo. Prior to that, she held senior marketing and management roles at renowned companies like Kimberly-Clark, Google, Kellogg Company, and Proctor & Gamble. She also serves on the Board of Directors for EZCORP. Her experience ranges from go-to-market strategies, marketing, and global growth initiatives to P&L management, sales, and operations in consumer goods and technology.
Sephora Americas President and CEO Jean-André Rougeot noted in a memo that “with a knack for disruption, Zena brings extensive experience in not only building and growing brands, but driving initiatives that reach clients digitally. She brings that rare experience of both traditional consumer marketing and performance marketing.”
